Toilet Clogs
If your toilet won't flush, there may be a clog stuck in the pipe. You can typically dislodge clogs using a plunger. Simply press the plunger into place over the drain hole and create a seal. Then, move the plunger handle up and down rapidly to push the clog through.
Don't flush the toilet; if you successfully unclog the toilet, it will flush on its own.
Sink / Shower Clogs
If your sink or shower won't drain properly, there is likely hair or other debris trapped in the pipe. Many hardware stores sell drain cleaning tools you can use to clear the clog.
Please don't use drain cleaning chemicals to clear the clog, as this could damage the plumbing system.
